Alcohol Destroys Your Muscle Gains?

A recent study has sparked concern about the impact of alcohol on muscle building. While it's not advisable to swap your post-workout protein shake for tequila, there’s no need to panic over the occasional drink.

The study found that consuming alcohol after a workout can reduce muscle growth by 25 percent, but the participants who experienced this reduction had twelve drinks post-workout.

Current evidence suggests that if you drink occasionally and limit your alcohol intake, you can still build muscle effectively. So, enjoy a drink now and then without worrying too much about your gains.
