As the title says, there are foods that support a lot your health and there are 13 foods and some categories in them that are considered amazing options to add in your diet.
1) Salmon. An excellent source of healthy fats that support your overall heart health and reduce the risks of any heart issue as well as increasing your immune system. The Atlantic Ocean Salmon is at the top of the list. About one portion of it, 100 grams, consists of 230 calories of which 33 grams are protein and 10 are healthy fats. Apart from being high in protein, it is also high in vitamin B12, which supports the metabolisation of carbs, proteins and fats.
2) Deer. They feed on herbs mostly, are low in fat as animals, and also have 2 to 3 times less fat than other meat options. Per 100 grams they have 120 calories, 22 grams of protein, 2,5 grams of fat, iron (which helps in the transportation of oxygen to the muscles) and Niacin (an important vitamin in transforming food for fuel).
3) Lean Beef. An excellent source of protein, niacin, Vitamin B12, Zinc and, of course, Iron. They are a bit high in cholesterol and trans fat, but, the concentration of CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) adds another benefit to it. CLA supports the reduced risk for cancer in its first 3 phases. When choosing beef, choose the parts that have the least fat in them. Per 100 grams, there are 200 calories, 30 grams of protein and 7 grams of fat.
