What to avoid in order to Lose Fat In 2025

One of the top 3 goals each new year is weight loss. I have studied a ton on the specific matter and I also have tried a lot because I used to have 26kg more. I was fat, unhealthy, with no energy and literally didn’t do anything. I was desperate and depressed at the same time.

Today I’ll cover 3 things to avoid in order to lose those extra pounds.

  1. Skipping Breakfast! Many people believe that by skipping breakfast they will consume less calories. That is not true since skipping breakfast has shown that most people do binge eating as the day goes by. This happens because when you restrict food the hormone called Ghrelin, punches you in the face and tells you to eat. That is crucial because at that time you are going nuts and can’t stop yourself from eating. A protein and fiber-rich breakfast is assured to keep you full for longer and is amazing for what it can do to your health and diet journey.

  2. HIIT Cardio! Come on, do you still believe that? Let’s break it down with facts. HIIT Cardio stresses your body, muscles and nervous system which is why only 2-3 times per week are recommended. They last for 20-30 minutes so you probably burn 300-400 calories and the so-called after burn??? It is around 40 calories more which is nothing! On the other hand, Moderate Intensity Steady State Cardio (Zone 2) is far better. It doesn’t stress you, it burns more calories since you can do it for more and every day! You can burn 600 calories or more per hour from Moderate-Intensity Steady State Cardio!

  3. Empty Stomach Cardio! While many people believe going empty stomach does a difference, well, it does not. You are likely to burn fewer calories since you have less energy going fasted, and also you are more likely to burn muscle! Muscle is metabolically active and you want muscle! So going fed is far better for 2 main reasons. Firstly there is glucose in the bloodstream so you have more energy, thus, burning more calories, secondly, since you use glucose for energy you don’t burn muscle tissue.

That is all for the first 3 things to avoid in order to have a more successfull journey to lose those extra pounds. Make sure to comment below or ask any questions you might have.
